Customer Success Manager

As CS Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with clients in the Nordic area.
The main goal of this role is to build and maintain a strong relationship with our customers, based on trust and professionalism.
We are in a B2B business model, hence the key role that CS has to play in growing Catenda as a company, and delivering the best value possible to our clients.
You will be part of the CS team, and in charge of a customer portfolio in your region, working together with the Sales executives, and your colleagues in CS.
By engaging with our customers, you will provide Catenda with extremely valuable information, about the customer journey, user experience feedback, and potential growth opportunities.
We have a strong commitment to deliver the best experience possible to our customers, so the business intelligence you will collect will also influence the strategy and roadmap of our products.
You are a skilled professional with a lot of curiosity, empathy, and interest in human relationships. Also, you are curious about our users' workflow.
Catenda operates in the AEC industry, therefore, you must have 5 to 10 years of experience in relation to this industry, but not necessarily in a similar position.
Any expertise or skills around BIM and digital technologies for the Construction Industry will be an appreciated asset.
English is our international business language, and as your region will be Nordic countries, you speak and write English and Norwegian/Swedish with full professional proficiency.
Our office is based in Oslo, and the position will require professional travels and fairs attendance.
