We are looking for a qualified Performance marketing manager to join the Marketing team. You will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic, increase the number of users, and maximize ROI across Paid channels. You will launch and scale lead generation efforts across a variety of digital platforms. Working in partnership with the Design, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will help create demand for our product. We're looking for someone who is passionate about crafting user acquisition & leading nurturing campaigns that also provide a great user experience. The position is located in Berlin.



  • Drive initiatives to scale user acquisition in all paid channels.
  • Collaboration with marketing and product teams for coordinated campaigns.
  • Elaboration and implementation of strategic plans tailored made per market to reach campaign goals (trials, demos, retention, KPIs…): with digital channels (SEA, Display, Paid Social, etc.)
  • Regular evaluation of ad content performance and production of new ad content brief to renew campaigns content while scaling campaigns deliveries and improving campaigns KPIs.
  • Management of ad content production: identification of campaigns content likely-to-perform, copywriting of ads, elaboration of ad visual creative briefs for the design team, follow-up on creative production, and control of visual quality
  • Monitoring and reporting of budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
  • Use of a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and drive insights on strategy and performance.


Who you are

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • You are bilingual in German & English
  • Minimum 2 years of performance marketing (or growth hacking) experience
  • Work experience in a fast-moving, high-growth, SaaS company is definitely a plus
  • Expertise across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience with ad content creation
  • Understanding web analytics and experience in running A/B testing.
  • Comfortable working with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to create well-structured and understandable reports.
  • Proven ability to successfully develop and execute major multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Numbers driven, highly analytical, and structured approach with the highest self-confidence to manage complex topics
  • Open to new challenges, thinking out of the box, distinct hands-on mentality, including tech-heavy tasks



  • You have already worked with Hubspot
  • You are native or bilingual in French
