Price: Simple and predictable.
Unlimited users, no per-seat fees, no lock-in, from one project to your whole portfolio.
Unlimited users
Invite every architect, every engineer, every subcontractor. No per-seat penalty for adoption, the more people you bring in, the more value you get out.
No hidden costs
Cost scales with project value, not headcount. Your BIM coordinator doesn't have to ration access. Your subs don't need a licence to log a defect.
No vendor lock-in
Open standards mean your data is yours. Export anytime, in IFC, BCF. Leave whenever you want, though, in twenty years, no one has.
Priced per project, by size.
You pay one price per project, set by the project's construction value, rather than headcount. You can invite every architect, engineer, client and subcontractor at no extra cost.
As examples, a €10M project costs around €400 / month, while a larger €50M project costs around €1,100 / month. Your actual quote always depends on the specifics of the project.
Every project has its own shape.
Phases, joint ventures, public frameworks, tight fiscal years, local conditions, tell us the shape and we'll come back with a fair quote.

Pricing FAQ.
Why don't you charge per user?
Per-seat pricing punishes adoption. If the BIM coordinator has to choose whether to invite the fire consultant, the fire consultant doesn't get invited, and then the model isn't worth what it should be. Pricing scales with project capex because that's the value the project sees.
What counts as one “project” for pricing purposes?
One project = one Catenda Hub workspace, scoped to a single construction project as you'd define it for tendering or insurance. Multi-phase developments are often a few projects in parallel. We're flexible, talk to sales if the structure isn't obvious.
What happens above €100M project capex?
We tailor a quote, usually a multi-project framework rate, often combined with on-prem deployment for owners who require it. The price never gets weirdly higher per €M; it usually gets lower at that scale.
Can I downgrade if the project shrinks?
Yes. We snap you to the tier that matches the current project capex at renewal. No “annual commit” gotchas, the model already assumes things change.
Is implementation, training, and support included?
Yes, implementation guidance, project setup, customer success and support sit inside the price. No SLA tier games. (If you need bespoke training on top, that's a quote.)
Where is the data hosted?
EU by default, Norway and Germany regions. For public owners with national hosting requirements, we offer in-country deployment on request.
Can I get out of Catenda if I want to?
Yes, your data is yours, in open standards (IFC, BCF). Export it whenever you like, free. In twenty years of doing this, no customer has, but the door is open by design.
Pricing's the easy part, we've made it boring on purpose.
