Job description
As an Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for onboarding and educating our customers in the BENELUX region.
Your primary goal is to build and maintain a strong relationship with our clients, based on professionalism and trust.
We operate in a B2B business model, so CS plays a key role in both growing Catenda as a business and delivering the best possible value to our customers.
After the onboarding in the Customer Success department, you will be responsible for a client portfolio in your region, working closely with the sales managers and your colleagues in the CS team.
Through your constant customer contact, you will help us develop potential growth opportunities through customer journey and customer feedback.
We are determined to offer our customers the best possible solution. You actively shape the strategy and roadmap of our products with your (customer-related) input.
Preferred experience
Catenda operates in the AEC industry, therefore, you must have 5 to 10 years of experience in relation to this industry, but not necessarily in a similar position.
Any expertise or skills around BIM and digital technologies for the Construction Industry will be an appreciated asset.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented thinking characterize your actions.
You have a high affinity for digital topics and enjoy working with new technologies.
You have the necessary know-how and enjoy communicating with customers.
It is a matter of course for you that your position includes professional travel and visits to trade fairs.
You are used to communicating fluently in English both orally and in writing.
You are used to communicating fluently in Dutch both orally and in writing.
