Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies Catenda uses on this website, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time, and help site owners understand how their site is used. Similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage are covered by this policy too.

2. How we use cookies

We group cookies into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site and your consent choices to work. These are always active and do not need your consent.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.
  • Marketing — used to measure and improve our advertising, and to recognise you across sites. Set only with your consent.

No analytics or marketing cookies are set until you accept them in the consent banner.

When you first visit the site, our consent tool (Axeptio) asks which categories you allow. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by reopening the cookie settings, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Turning off some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

4. Cookies we use

The table below lists the main cookies and services. Exact names and retention periods are set by each provider and may change; confirm current values with the provider.

5. Third-party services

Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services on our behalf. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies:

  • Google (Analytics and Ads) — analytics and advertising measurement.
  • LinkedIn — advertising and conversion measurement.
  • HubSpot — forms, and contact and marketing analytics.
  • Dreamdata — marketing attribution.
  • Axeptio — consent management.

6. Forms

Our contact, demo, newsletter and other forms are provided by HubSpot and are necessary to deliver the service you request when you submit them. Submitting a form may set a HubSpot cookie used to recognise you on return visits; you can decline analytics cookies without affecting your ability to submit a form.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our services or the law change. The latest version is always available on this page.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to Catenda. See our Privacy Policy for contact and data-protection details.
