What is Catenda Duo, in one line?
Catenda Duo is the digital twin platform, a Building Operations System that centralizes and optimizes your BIM data for efficient facility management. After handover, most owners are cut off from the model data built during design and construction; Duo turns the as-built model into an active operations platform, so your building data is put to use from handover to end of life.
How does the asset data stay linked to the model?
Every asset record traces back to the IFC element it came from by its GUID. Change the model in Catenda Hub and the corresponding record updates, so the as-built model and the operating asset register never drift apart.
Can we export the data, or are we locked in?
You can always export. Asset data leaves as structured IFC4 property sets, and everything is reachable through the REST API and webhooks. Your data is yours, that is a product rule, not a plan tier.
Does it work with our CAFM or CMMS?
Yes. The structured export and the API are designed to feed facilities-management and maintenance systems directly, so the operations team inherits a clean dataset instead of re-keying a spreadsheet.
Do we need Catenda Hub to use Duo?
Duo is strongest paired with Catenda Hub, because the asset records are generated from the same coordinated model and share one source of truth. The asset data can also be imported and maintained directly when a project's models live elsewhere.
