Green Office® Enjoy is part of the City of Paris's efforts to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. The building is constructed on a slab above railway tracks, across seven floors plus a shallow basement, and accommodates offices, a company, and a shared workspace.
The ambition: produce more energy than it consumes, while drastically reducing the carbon footprint compared to conventional construction.

What they did with Catenda.
The Enjoy building mobilises everything, from vegetation and thermal technology to solar and geothermal energy. It features a unique, innovative timber-concrete hybrid structure across 17,400 m² SDP.
Catenda Hub serves as the common data environment for the project, enabling the collaborative and shared-data methods needed to coordinate such an environmentally demanding build.
What changed once the project had one source of truth.
Thanks to its innovative design, the building saves 2,900 tonnes of carbon emissions compared to a conventional concrete project, the equivalent of planting 1,500 trees.
