Catenda has signed a multi-year enterprise agreement with Veidekke, for the use of its open Common Data Environment, Catenda Hub.
Catenda continues its extensive growth and reinforces its leading position among the largest construction companies in Scandinavia. The new agreement will ensure that all Veidekke’s project teams can, now on, use Catenda Hub (previously Bimsync) in their construction projects.
With this new partnership, Veidekke’s employees will benefit from a fully integrated model viewer, an issue management system, and a comprehensive document management system. In addition, they will get access to a large panel of integrated applications and will be able to connect other software, such as Solibri, Revit, and Sharepoint, directly to their Catenda Hub (previously Bimsync) projects. The new workflows created with Catenda Hub (previously Bimsync) lead to a significant reduction in errors, better interdisciplinary coordination, and quicker responses between the project’s members.
“It is very inspiring that Norway’s largest construction company is now committing to Catenda Hub (previously Bimsync). We look forward to working closely with Veidekke in order to strengthen the already great commitment they are demonstrating in their quest for increasing collaboration across their projects. The fact that Veidekke is so clear about how much value it creates for them and that they see such great potential in Catenda Hub (previously Bimsync) is very promising”, says Einar Gudmundsson, CEO of Catenda.
