Project Brief:
Designed by the architects Baumschlager-Eberle and Scape, Green Office® Enjoy is located in the eco-district of ZAC Clichy Batignolles in Paris, in the 17th arrondissement. The Enjoy office building is a plus energy build, utilizing everything from vegetation and thermic technology to sun power and geothermal energy. The Enjoy building also benefits from a unique and innovative structure mixing wood and concrete in an area of 17,400 m² SDP. Thanks to this innovative design, the building will save 2,900 tons of carbon compared to a conventional concrete project (this corresponds to the planting of 1,500 trees).

The building is built on slab above the railways, on seven levels in addition to one level of superficial basement. It consists of offices, a business, a co-working space and has 64 parking spaces. Green Office® Enjoy is part of the city of Paris´ efforts to reach carbon neutrality by 2050.
